Been going to the gym I joined...

Been going to the gym I joined. Not entirely into the full routine I've imagined, but getting there. It feels good to have regular physical activity, and it seems to be regularizing my sleep. Downloaded the NPR app and have been using the time at the gym to rectify my woeful lack of awareness of what's been going on in the US over the last year. I can get their reports about China as well. Think I've finally figured out how to pay for ChinesePod at least from my Chinese bank.

    I was listening to NPR today, have you heard of Abbey Lincoln? Jazz singer, activist. There was some information about her on NPR's music site. I really like her voice. She recently passed away, and I was unaware of her music until now, but you might like it.
